A simple quilt inspired card...
the little doily flower is handmade by my grandmother.. she did some absolutely beautiful tatting and doilymaking... sometimes I wonder how she worked so small without any trouble seeing when she was in her late 90's, she was truly an inspiration...

the girls at glitz design have a great february color challenge...
these colors are my all time favorites!! so I just had to jump in and try this challenge... my project is a scrap page of a trip I took with my daughters to the virginia botanical gardens, i love the mermaid out front her tile work was amazing... the papers i used are from the beautiful dreamer collection, i also used their embellies aren't they wonderful...
