mason jar and spring time....

I absolutely love visiting melissa phillips blog to see her beautiful and inspiring work... she has been using a mason jar stamp recently in her creations that are sooo gorgeous... i have wanted a mason jar stamp for some time and finally got the american crafts neopolitan jar stamp... it's wonderful... i did attempt a little spring/easter card with this wonderful little stamp...

my paper story... continues...

for quite some time now i have been going into acmoore and noticing this display of SMASH books and all their doo dads... i kept saying to myself i don't really need that but after weeks of passing it up i finally gave in and bought one!! what a blast i have had making some pages and i cannot wait to bring this on vacation...you have to try one they are wonderful and all the excessories are very affordable..

Just a fun little tag to share today... love love love this paper, found it while cleaning out my paper supply, the stamp is from pink paislee, the kraft picture holder is handmade, the chip piece is from maya road, it is painted, distressed and has a crackle finish on it... fun...

there is something extra special about these new papers and ephemera from pink paislee, they are so soft and shabby next to girls paperie these are my "new" all time favorite...
this is the cover page for this line of papers... wow the digital collage work was so terrific how could you pass up this page? so i decided to work with it instead of passing it by..

a little shabby spring filled card to share today...i was visiting a friend today and she definitely sparked my creativity, she gave me a huge stack of wonderful cardstock that i just had to start using as soon as i got home... she has a friend who works at a paper mill and she gets tons of great cardstock, it's of superior quality and weight just wonderful...thank you pam this card is for you...

a fun little french inspired card using mostly glitz products...
i have such a hard time using darker colors this is so different for me and i really like the finished card....
i hand stamped the birds something i don't do a lot also... i used stamp like crazy with stampin up but sold everything and stopped, so i am slowely trying to stamp again!!! love these glitz stamps they are wonderful....
